Not a true shearling lining!
Beware that while this lining is wool, it is not a true shearling which is found in uggs and some other brands. I bought these for my daughter last year and although she liked them and wore them alot, the lining was almost completely worn away by the end of the season. I recommend bearpaws as a better quality boot that look exactly like these. They have a real shearling lining and they're even less expensive.

Super boots
Purchased for my wife who loved them. According to her, they are of outstanding quality and a great value for the price.

Unisex size is too big
I purchased the EMU boot, but unfortuately, I had to return it. The unisex size was too big and wide. I ordered the correct size, women's size 5, but because its a unisex size, it was too big. Next time, I will search for a women's size 5.

So compfy-cozy, I'm almost sad it's spring!
While I was opposed to the idea of purchasing these kinds of boots, I go to school in the snowbelt and had no other choice. I refused, however, to buy Uggs again, so I looked into the other options. That's when I found these: cheaper and way better quality than their Ugg- counterparts. Of course no matter what you do, suede and watery-slush never mix well, but nonetheless, these boots showed their durability. While my friends were complaining how their precious $175 Ugg boots were falling apart, my EMU boots didn't give me any problems- and they're ready to go for next season, too!

EMU Bronte Hi -- Horrible quality, not worth the 80 dollars
I bought these hoping to spend half the amount that Uggs cost and still have an cute, warm boot that I wouldn't slip and fall over in. They were cute for about a week, then they started to deteriorate. While the traction is good, the inside "Authentic Merino Wool Lining" is worthless, it balls up and falls off in big chunks. The rubber outsoles are already peeling off, and no matter how many times I've tried waterproofing them, they still end up completely soaked all the way through my socks just from walking to class through a little snow.
Now I'm not one to complain about what I buy, but I mean I paid 80 bucks for these boots and they haven't even lasted me half the winter. Also the heels of them are all crushed down in the back, possibly because they are too big. I ordered a size 10 when I normally wear a 10 1/2 or 11, and my feet are still swimming in them making it really hard to walk. I would not recommend them at all, either buy the Uggs, or go somewhere and buy cheaper boots for a much lower price.
